Rotary Gas Bubbling System

Rotating rotor will blow people molten aluminum nitrogen (or argon) broken into a lot of gas bubble, and dispersed in the liquid metal.

Bubbles in the melt by gas partial pressure and surface adsorption principle, melt hydrogen absorption, adsorption oxide slag, and with the bubbles rise, were brought out of the melt surface, the melt will be purified. Fine dispersion of the bubble, and the melt-spun uniformly mixed and subsequently slowly rotating spiral float, long contact time with the melt, does not form a continuous line to produce increased flow, which significantly improves the cleaning effect. 

Argon and nitrogen are used as inert gas for degassing molten aluminum. Inert gas to be more than 99.95% purity.
